People are complex, and that can make interacting with people challenging. At times, it can make them downright difficult.

The workshop is based on powerful yet simple approaches to helping individuals and teams develop the awareness and skills they need to build more effective personal and professional relationships. It helps them sustain those relationships by understanding the underlying motivations of themselves and others under two conditions – when things are going well and when there is conflict. Our approach helps people recognize they are free to choose behaviors that accommodate their values, while also taking into account the values of others.

The TotalSDI®  (Strength Deployment Inventory) is a suite of tools based on Relationship Awareness®. It consists of a series of instruments that identifies people’s motivational values and strengths, and suggests how those strengths may be used to improve work relationships and communication.  Alone or in combination with other Relationship Awareness tools, the SDI® builds self-awareness and openness to diversity, and enhances participants’ ability to communicate effectively and to deal with conflict productively.

The TotalSDI® can be helpful in numerous contexts including: team building, change management, talent management, leadership development, career development, assessment of workplace culture, coaching, communication skills development, project management, and conflict resolution.
